Fast on small boxes (2 GB RAM)
On modest devices isPlayer shrinks its image memory, loads live channels first and movies and series next, and postpones cache writes until no video is playing so playback stays smooth.
TV guide, catch-up and resume
Now and next for every channel (Xtream or an XMLTV file), catch-up on channels that offer it, and resume a movie or episode where you left off.
Stays within your connection limit
Many subscriptions allow only one or two simultaneous connections. isPlayer opens a single stream at a time and waits until you settle on a channel before starting it, avoiding provider blocks.
